Eveline Transport Planning is a traffic engineering and transport planning consultancy based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and led by Steven Florko. Since 2013, Steven has contributed to more than 150 projects, on sites across Canada. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a registered Professional Transportation Planner (PTP).

Steven is an active Member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), a Past-President of the ITE Manitoba Section, and a past board member of the ITE Canada District. He was part of the Manitoba Section Executive Committee when the Section was awarded the Canadian District’s “Outstanding Section Award” in 2023. He has presented at ITE technical conferences and events at the local, national, and international levels.

Since 2020 he has presented annually on transport planning for the Civil Engineering Capstone course at the University of Manitoba. He has also presented for the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) and the Classic Planning Institute (CPI).
